Instructions on Making a Request Via Email
1. Create or open a new email, insert appropriate agency email addres, OR click on the email linked above
2. Type "IDA FOIL Request" in the subject line
3. Fill in the body of the email with your FOIL Request
4. Send email, and reai an electronic or paper copy for your records
